If you have experienced a problem at Shine Car we will gladly offer a coupon for a free car wash or a refund of your money.
Refund requests need to be reported within 24 hours of use of the car wash facilities in order to be processed. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All refunds will originate from the management directly to source of payment used, so employees on-site are not able to offer refunds and refunds cannot be picked up in person.
All refunds/returns are handled by management, which is reachable by contacting the customer service by chat or email. Please note that all refunds/returns are the sole discretion of management.
